OTTO Communications provides a complete system to allowa driver, crew and spotters to communicate with each other. Our racing experience is validated by the fact that every winning F1 car this year carried OTTO products across the finish line. Our systems include car harnesses to connect the radio, steering wheel PTT and helmet harness. Our PTT switches (produced by OTTO Controls) are military grade, fully sealed and provide excellent tactile response. We offer pre-drilled PTT mounting brackets compatible with any 2” bolt pattern quick release hub as well as generic blank brackets. Our helmet harness provides a quick disconnect to the car harness and includes a state of the art noise canceling boom mic developed by OTTO Communications. OTTO’s unique earphone kit provides clear communications to both ears as well as up to 25db of ambient noise reduction. To ensure coverage at difficult tracks we also offer car mounted antenna kits including ground plane, mounting hardware and cable with radio connector as well as base station antennas. OTTO’s ClearTrak crew headsets also include our industry leading noise-canceling microphone. We provide a variety of earphone kits and lightweight headset options for fuelers, spotters and track officials.
